Outfit of the Day: Hooded Sweatshirt Dress

Taking it back to basics in this hooded sweatshirt dress number. Pieces like this are versatile, I love that. Versatility always feels like more bang for the buck to me. Here I have paired my sweater dress in a few different ways including with tights, sneakers, and with boots. Mixing it up is the name of the game otherwise we are left with basics that truly are basic no? A simple piece like this sweater dress could also be paired with a different hat, jewelry, leggings, or bags taking the look from super casual to casual with effort:)

Outfit of the Day: Blazer & Band Tee

Calling today's look business (extra) casual for lack of a better term. Business blazer and casual everything else. That's the vibe. Blazers are having a moment right now. Academia fabrics like tweed and plaid are making a Fall/Winter 2022 comeback in a big way and I'm here for it. 

I love pairing blazers with band t-shirts like this Nirvana one. Leggings are always a go-to and today I am popping on my Dr. Marten platforms to finish off the look with a little edge, which I am always a fan of.

This particular blazer is vintage Ralph Lauren, I picked it up in a local thrift store here in Las Vegas. Similar vintage ones can be found on Etsy h e r e. There are also lots blazers available with a fantastic vintage look at top retailers all over the fashion-verse, now trending. Below I am sharing some of my favorite current blazers with vintage vibes.

Today's outfit share rings in under $30 and is a total go-to easy peasy outfit. Any day of the week you can find me popping on leggings and an oversized t-shirt. Dress it up with an impressive leather jacket or keep it completely casual by tossing on a pair of slides or sneakers and presto, look like you tried with out really trying! An age old fashionista trick.

Feeling all sorts of Spring vibes in this oversized Jimi Hendrix Sweatshirt via Urban Outfitters! Snagged this baby off their site, it sold out, and has since been restocked. Sharing a link here and below. Also how cool is this dry lake bed location? It is located about 20 mins outside of Las Vegas, between Henderson and Laughlin, NV. Rainbow Style

 I am noticing an uptick in rainbow pieces right now and I am 110% on board. Pretty much always been a fan of a pop of color so how can I not be a fan of a pop of...well all the colors at once. For those who claim rainbow as their favorite color, rejoice & take advantage of this trend. Please! Too cute not to!
