Bell Bottoms + Florals + Fringe

Even the mention, the slightest hint that bells are back is enough for me to bust out the look. I love bells! These denims I scored at a local boutique. I found them on the clearence rack. Needless to say, a happy dance was involved in purchase of these bad babies. I paired with them a black crossbody fringe purse and a floral bell sleeve top.

Darling Details: Leopard Clutch + Rose Gold Shoes + Pearl Earrings

Today's darling details I am super obsessed with. I have a soft spot for the girly-est of sh*t. Always have, always will. This amazing, on-trend little clutch is from So Modish Boutique and it is absolutely fantastic. It goes with so many outfits, it's ridiculous. It gives basic outfits pop and does mixed print outfits soooo much justice. The earrings are via Chloe + Isabel jewelry. They are so easy to glam up or down, I adore them! And the super darling rose gold shoes are via BooHoo.com. This exact pair is sold out, I know :( so I linked below to some very similar pairs of rose gold flats. Leopard, rose gold, and pearls for the win!

Stripes + Florals

Pairing stripes and florals is usually a big fat YES for me. My eyes are often drawn to the two matched up with one another. Here I paired a striped turtleneck with some vintage denim shorts and floral print flats. :) The flats are from BooHoo.com

5 Tips For Mixing Bold Prints

One of my favorite styles is mixing prints. There is something about mixing bold prints that always catches my eye. I love adding edge to ensembles. Since I was a teenager, I've been popping in a touch of leopard print here and there. Or popping in some studs with stripes. The list goes on haha.

Here are 5 of my tips for mixing bold prints!

1) Be as bold as the prints you’re wearing! Half of making an outfit look good is ‘how you wear it’

2) You wear the clothes, don’t let the clothes wear you. Instilling that mantra into your soul will allot you the ability to really rock anything.

3) Take risks. Obvi leopard print and stripes don’t “match” but that’s part of the fun + sassiness that comes with mixing prints. Taking fashion risks are what set you apart and help you “speak” with your clothing.

4) Find comfort in what you pick. Bold prints are a statement in themselves…which may be a lot for some. If a bold print is pushing it for you, don’t take yourself into total discomfort. Style yourself with comfort in mind; don't rock a look that makes you feel self conscience. Within being bold, find comfort.

5) Throw fashion "rules" out the window. In a matter of speaking fashion is art and art is subjective. Do you; wear what you want and wear it with pride.

Below I've linked to some cute bold pieces similar to the ones I have above:)

Flashback Friday: Faux Leather & Lace

Flashing back to this look; faux leather, lace, and denim. For this look I styled some vintage denims with a black lace top. I paired a faux leather jacket with some lace up boots and accessorized with silver/turquoise jewelry & my big black fedora. I can't get enough black clothes. Ever. Black pairs great with denim any day of the week, so naturally, within variation, this is a 'go-to'!
