5 Things To Beat That Monday feeling✨
⭐️ Meditate - before the house wakes or after bedtime. Center mind, breathe, align thoughts.
⭐️ Laugh - good for the soul. Meme pages, a phone call or chat with someone who makes you belly laugh, watching something hysterical, silly time with the kids & pets, hubs’ jokes etc be this: 😂
⭐️ Workout - raising the heart rate = serotonin boost = more joy✨
⭐️ Create something - Anything.
⭐️ Make someone smile - the kids, hubs/spouse/partner, a friend, cashier at the store, pets (tail wagging), or even you, look in the mirror & tell you something smile worthy you need to hear.
